One of such services is the installation of the A/V equipment that you purchase from us.

What you should expect:

Special:

We'll give you 6 months of FREE technical support on all products that you would buy from us. That way you will not be left alone with all the electronic equipment that you bought from us. We will guide you though the installation, connection and operation of your equipment.

● Professional assembly of your manufacturer-included base or stand, including securing your flat panel or projection television to the base, if applicable
● Connection of the television to a pre-existing AC power supply within reach of the original power cord
● Neat surface routing of cables (provided by you or the manufacturer) up to fifteen (15) feet from the television
● Up to a 15-minute educational demonstration of the television's operation . The entire work area left in a clean condition by the installers
● Courteous staff, experienced scheduling agents, certified and insured technicians, and superior customer service
● Professional installation of mounting bracket, including securing the mounting bracket to a standard frame or masonry wall - NOTE: Mounting brackets are not included with your flat panel television. Be sure to order the correct mounting bracket and any applicable adapter plates for your model television
● Careful mounting and securing of the television
● Connection of the flat panel TV to a pre-existing AC power supply within reach of the original power cord
● Neat surface routing of audio/video cables (provided by you or the manufacturer) within track mounting (provided by you or the manufacturer) up to fifteen (15) feet from the television
● Concealment of audio/video cables (provided by you or the manufacturer) through a normal frame wall (wall fish) and concealment of power cord using track molding (provided by you or the manufacturer) up to fifteen (15) feet from the television

Things you should know:

● Concealed Wiring (running cables inside walls) is designated to specific installation packages. Be sure you choose a package that includes concealed wiring if your application requires it.
● All equipment must be co-located (equipment connections can be performed with the manufacturer-supplied cables OR the equipment can be installed within the same component rack or entertainment system furniture)
● No materials are supplied by the installer, so be sure to purchase all necessary cables and other materials prior to scheduling
● You must select basic installation for projection televisions, wall mount installation is available for flat panel televisions only
