We will not share or sell any of your personal information to any other companies, except as required by law.
When something is purchased from our site the credit card information, including cardholder’s name, billing address and the order amount, is sent to the credit card company for authorization and approval.
Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to a shipping company such as UPS for a successful delivery of your package.
We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information if required by law and when we believe it is necessary for fraud protection

You can rest assured that ordering online at AVinDemand.com is safe, as we have implemented reasonable security measures to protect your personal and financial information. Your orders are submitted and sent to us using the using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is presently the very safest way to send credit card information over the Internet. Your information is first encrypted on your computer, and then decrypted on our server, preventing anyone from the outside accessing any information in between.

Children's Online Policy
Merchandise sold on AVinDemand.com is intended to be purchased by adults. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, AVinDemand.com will not knowingly collect personal information on the internet from children under the age of thirteen. When placing an order on the AVinDemand.com website, you are affirming that you are an adult. Users under the age of thirteen must ask a parent or guardian for assistance while placing an order online.
- Returns & Replacements
You may return products purchased from AVinDemand.com for a replacement or a refund, given that the requirements and procedures referred to in our return policy are fully met and followed. All product returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#). An RA number must be obtained within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase and will be valid for 14 calendar days after its issuance.

Defective items exchange and refund
In the even that an item received was discovered to be defective upon receipt it can be replaced with the same model only without a restocking charge. We will ship the replacement item at no cost to you. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different product, the restocking fee will still apply. The restocking fee applies to both open and unopened boxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refund is issued based on the value of the merchandise returned.
Exchange
If you purchased a product from AVinDemand.com that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund (a restocking fee of 10% will apply ) and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.
Damaged items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If damage is discovered upon delivery please refuse the box and contact us regarding the incident. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
Return shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is similar to the cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Thus, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. Replacement products will be shipped at no cost to you. However, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us.
Replacement
We will send a product replacement after we have received the authorized return and completed our inspection process. The replacement will ship within three business days following our receipt of your return. We do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Procedures to Return Merchandise

provide it together with your RA number. Please fill in the requested
information on our product return form, and carefully follow the
instructions for return.
All returned merchandise must be received in the original factory
box with UPC and BAR Codes intact and must include all factory packed
accessories (remote controls, chargers, cords, batteries, etc), packaging
(foam, plastic, etc) and all instruction booklets, manuals, and paperwork.
Incomplete returns
will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Return
merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box.
Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the
outside of the shipping box.

Retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the
shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information
and to properly insure all merchandise that is being returned to
AVinDemand.com.
Non-Returnable Items
AVinDemand.com is unable to accept returns of the following items:
A/V Furniture
Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes and batteries.
Televisions over 26"
Projection bulbs
Wall mounting brackets (after the manufacturer's box has been opened)
Special order items
All televisions come with a full Manufacturers Warranty. All TVs over 26" include in-home service. If defective, they will be serviced (repaired or replaced) by a manufacturer's authorized service technician. AVinDemand.com can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Center.
Placing an order:
Online orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You could also contact our sales department at 1-866-977 -1050 to place an order or simply for an advice. You also have an option of emailing our staff though our online contact form.
Order Confirmation / Status /
Tracking:
Once the order is placed online or over the phone, a confirmation email will be
sent to you including your order details. You will also receive order status
updates via email. You can also check the status of your order and view tracking
information at any time by logging in to "My Account" on our website. If you

Order Verification / Fraud Prevention:
Orders placed through
AVinDemand.com are subject to our verification process. For security reasons, we
may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information.
In order to prevent fraudulent activity, AVinDemand.com must verify billing and
shipping addresses. When placing an order, please provide the exact billing
address and the phone number on file with your credit card. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in the order processing time.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, it is necessary
that you call your credit card company to make them aware of the shipping
address. Doing so will not change any existing billing information, but it would
rather temporarily appear in the credit card company's memo field for purchase
verification only.
If PayPal was your selected payment method, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address.
Order Processing Time:
Order processing might take one to two business days, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is verified and is ready to ship out. The estimated time of arrival is normally determined by the chosen shipping method, as well as shipping carrier's local delivery guidelines.
International Credit Cards / Shipments
We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States, as well as we do not ship to any addresses outside the United States.
Order Change / Cancellation:
You may request to modify or
cancel your order by phone as long as it has not been yet processed for
shipping. It is not recommended to notify us of an order change or cancellation
via e-mail, as orders are usually processed quickly and thus we may not get to
your request in time. Please contact our Customer Service at 866-977-1050 to
modify or cancel your order.
If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any
changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the
purchase less our shipping and processing cost.
Order Acceptance and Limitations:
Any order confirmation provided by AVinDemand.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. AVinDemand reserves the right, at its own discretion to decline and/or cancel an order, or supply less than ordered quantity at any time. You will be notified in the event that we are unable to accommodate your order.
Taxes:
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipped to any place outside the state of New Jersey. Sales tax will automatically be collected for orders shipped to an address in the state of New Jersey. The current sales tax rate is 7% for the state of New Jersey, which is automatically calculated on both, the order amount and the shipping charge, as required by New Jersey State law.
If your credit card billing address is in the state of NJ, but your shipping address is not, you will not be charged sales tax.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and wire transfers. You could pay by a debit card, but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your bank to make sure you are not exceeding your card’s daily or transactional limit.
